I bought a winter cover so I could ride in the winter . It was to big and trying to send it back is something else .
I sent the pictures they ask for the size of the bike plus a picture of the bike . And so far . Nothing I just want my money back so I can find the right cover for it . It was a mistake it said fits most atvs so mine was not one it fits .
Pretty sad I just want to send it back and get on with life . Thank you

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I dealt with the bank and got a charge back, kemimoto reached out and stated they were shorthanded and that caused a service delay, and emailed the bank acceding to the charge back
Your website still shows the order, and no money has been refunded to the purchase method. You have the product, and my money, and your customer service team has stopped responding since the one-line email eight days ago stating a refund was processing. I will be lodging a BBB complaint, disputing with my bank, and initiating a chargeback/freeze if this remains unresolved past the next 48 hours. Please have someone competent get back to me on this.
KE-183915 is the order number. I submitted a return request today, as Jabz apparently couldn't be bothered to actually do the job he stated he was. The shipping method was 'shipped back myself' though you already have the product back, as I refused shipment over ten days ago.
I expect acknowledgment of this tomorrow and resolution in 48 hours. I have tried being patient on this, but those expectations are more than reasonable and fair given the litany of failures that is Kemimoto's handling of this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Its just makes it hard for older pepole to return on line.

Does not fit because of the windshield lock that can not be moved. So I will return it. I have taken a picture of the dash.

It's pretty simple: the brackets for the hydraulic arm on my flip-up windshield are the wrong size for my roll bar. Even though this product was specified for my model, I got a response from K Moto.
They want pictures of everything, even though it's a pretty simple issue. Plus, they left out a lot of the nuts and bolts. I had to go buy them at the hardware store. I'm waiting for their response.
I sent them a detailed report and pictures. I'm leaving March 30 to go to Oregon, so they need to get this fixed ASAP, or I'll just send it back.
Preferred solution: Four roll bar clamps that fit, and the screws that are missing from the insulation kit

Verified ReviewerThey are very difficult to deal with. They don’t want to take a return, even though it doesn’t fit and was missing parts. They want me to pay the freight.
After many conversations between eBay and Kenny Moto, they finally agreed to send me a prepaid shipping label to send back a part that doesn't fit and is missing parts. It's a windshield.
This has taken over four weeks, and they finally said they'd send me a prepaid label, and what they sent me was an email that said to send it back at your expense, put an RMA on it, and when we get it, we'll refund your money and refund your shipping. Now, that's not the way it works per eBay's return policy. If this product is missing or does not meet the description or fit as it should, the seller pays the freight to return it.
I just sent them another message stating I'm just waiting for a reply. Don't ever buy anything through eBay on Kenny Moto because they're a very difficult group to deal with.

I was charged for a canceled order that I never received. The total was two hundred and eighty six dollars and fifty five cents. I would like my money back as promised.

Purchased speakers and tested them on 12 V battery. Sound was terrific and I proceeded to install a power convert and fuse block.
I got everything installed and Im getting no sound. Multiple devices connected and the lights are working great but no sound. Ive tried every way to reset and connect but nothing works.
No sound for $200+ speakers. No way, Im returning the product and finding a product and company that supports what they sell.

I have missing hardware from my order of fender flares. They can send me the hardware to attach the fender to the machine. I would be happy.
